Anyone experiencing alerts that expire immediately when they are not actually expired. This has been going on for over two weeks now with no resolution. I am told they are "working" on it but it causes a lot of problems. Thanks

@frdfrd0507 I have not experienced this issue and have alerts that have been running flawlessly for months... Are you referring to an alert based on scan results or a chart price alert...???

Alert on price or option price (straddles, iron condors, etc). See screenshot link below. This alert obviously should not be expired yet. Very frustrating https://www.screencast.com/t/UnmFYoUkc4.

Just had a chat with support again. They "know" about the issue and continue to look at it after 3 weeks. They suggest that using LAST works the best. Lol. Maybe it's a feature now!
