Adding custom column to option chain

Is there a way to add a custom column to the option chain for

=Theoretical Option price -(minus) Mark

and if so, to expand, and add percent profit 100*[(Theoretical option price)/Mark]

I've found this page, but it doesn't seem to include leaving theoretical as a variable based on the customer theoretical price choices in the option chain.

just use close, or mark

Forgive me, edited the original post. I would like it to perform a calculation of percent profit for the theoretical option price.
