Accessing Historical Ticker and Options Data Through the TOS/Schwab API

I’m looking to access historical market data for stocks, options, and possibly other instruments available through Thinkorswim.

Does the Schwab/Thinkorswim API allow you to retrieve historical price and options data and feed it into a custom program for analysis?

I’m mainly interested in what historical data is available, how far back it goes, and whether there are any significant API limits or restrictions on downloading and storing the data.
