% above/below a moving SMA

Good afternoon. Looking for help on how to create a ThinkScript that will return a scan of stocks that are, for example, 3% above or below the 10 SMA? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Here you go. If you want to find stocks that are for example 5% above or below the sma just change the number from 0.03 to 0.05

# Scan for stocks within 3% above or below the 10 SMA

# True if price is within ±3% of the 10 SMA
