hi! I got a screen grab from SOMEWHERE - and its been sitting on my desktop for months. Now, I want to try and make it and 1. I can't remember where I got it and 2. half of the variables pictured I haven't been able to re-create. I feel like a goober, but can anyone either quickly recreate this for me, or help me figure out where i got it from or tell me how to make some of these customs? Would love the help! Thank you!

Without the references used in that scan its impossible to re-create from a screenshot. Twodown0 and inside0 are not normal references.
