My take on software of its kind is as follows, they are charging you for trading information that they claim will make your decisions for you and make you money. The logical question is instead of selling this info why don't they use it themselves, if it worked there would be no point in polluting the strategy by selling it to others. Therefore their primary source of income is from selling the technology not using it and from that you can conclude that they may give you info that is helpful but not info that will ensure your success. In my opinion you should never by anything that claims a success rate or to make you money, you should only buy data that you can utilize to make trading decisions not make them for you. An example of this would be data on market internals that is impossible to find for yourself for free. Another red flag to me is their marketing strategy in which their approach is to talk about how wonderful the system is but they are unwilling to give data that shows how it works or at what rate it works besides testimonials from people they could have easily payed. For example they sport that the system is right 80% of the time, my first question is what is considered a success? That is never answered and because of that I would never buy into it because it guarantees nothing and promises nothing. It just suggests that by using their software you will be able to make money therefore allowing themselves to tell customers who lose money using it that the problem is them not the system, after all they never promised anything.

Thanks a lot for your advice @YungTraderFromMontana. They claim an 87.4% trade success rate, and showed how their neural learning AI software caught even the last SPY crash a day in advance on a webinar. They normally charge $2,900 and offered their software for a year at a discounted price of $1,495... but don't provide a satisfaction or money-back guarantee of any type. I hate the idea of being locked into something for a year, so I've asked them for a no-obligation free-2-week trial instead. Doubt it, but I guess they'll give a trial if they're confident of their claims. Will update you on their response and how this progresses.
Great idea, I'm glad you played it safe and asked to try their product first. There are so many people out there with misleading advertisement, for example I would be interested in seeing what they considered to be "success" in their success rate. What if it's a success ration determined with tight take profits or some other way meant to be deceptive.
My concern is depending on how you define success which they don't say is crucial.
