XSP Question on a chart signal

I have a question for all the wonderful people on here. Its about the XSP does anybody know there is a code or a chart out there where it will give signal around 10oclock where is going to be up or down day. Everybody gets in with a credit spread and by the end of the day they are making money

Without knowing the logic behind that indicator, there is simply no way to replicate it just by looking at that picture.
