Why does my order keep getting rejected on ThinkorSwim?

Why does my order keep getting rejected for the following order

SELL-LIMIT Order (250 Share at $41.30)
SELL-LIMIT Order TRG (250 Share at $-.20)
STOP Order (500 Share at $40.00)

I'm placing it as an Advanced Order 1st trgs Seq

The Message Center gadget should have messages about the rejected orders which usually will give you the reason for the rejection. For instance, if there were no shares to short.
