Where to post and not be deleted or moved.

I spend time to carefully compose my post and the admin deletes it. How am I to know where to post my message so that it won't be deleted and moved. When my post is moved, admin hides in a location that no one see it. What is going on with the admin in this forum? My question might be similar to someone else's, but they are not getting answers so hiding mine is someone else's post does not help me. How does this forum survive? Who is the admin? I hesitate to pay for the VIP membership when I'm treated this way.
