VWAP Strategy On 1min Time Frame For ThinkOrSwim

I struggled until I put together this simple VWAP strategy after watching multiple videos on VWAP. I will provide some links below that helped also.



Indicators:
- VWAP , slow Stoch (10,5), full stoch (5,3,3)


Strategy:
- Wait for the trend to show on 1min


- Retracement to VWAP, paired with an oversold/overbought on BOTH stochastic.


- OR breakthrough VWAP then a retracement to VWAP, paired with an oversold/overbought on BOTH stochastic.


- Draw your trend line


- Wait for cross in stochastics and breakthrough trend line, with an increase in volume.


- Hold for a few minutes, these are scalps ( 0-5 minutes). NOT day trades.


- Set stop loss above previous hi/lo or above/below VWAP.


- Stop loss is different every trade, be smart.


- TP is where you think “I bet it can go more” that’s when you get greedy and lose


- OR TP is right at the previous Hi/Lo that happened before the retracement.

This can be seen as flags, but it just has extra confirmation.
I do not enter if momentum is strong enough to cross over the VWAP in the opposite direction of trend. If the price crosses VWAP I wait for a retracement back to VWAP and bounce, if the stochastics are setting up then I will enter.

Other indicators in the chart are not used for entry but just on my chart in general- 9 ema, 21 ema, 200 sma
