Vertical Lines Indicator Needed

Hello all. I am looking for assistance with creating an indicator that will do the following.
1. Plot vertical lines on an intraday chart which is based on user input variables.
2. Input variables included should be a specific start_time and '# of minutes' from the start time.

We are trying to accomplish the plotting of the vertical lines on the intraday chart every few minutes from the original start time that a user can input. For example, I would like to input a user defined start time, then automatically plot a vertical line for every 'X amount of minutes' for the inputted time interval. So, if I wanted to set the start time at 8:32AM then set the time interval as 32 min, the indicator would plot a vertical line at every 32 min from 8:32AM. I have seen a few posts that asked for something similar and will continue to research. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
