Using Conditional Order For Exit?

Hi all! I've been playing with ToS and was wondering if people actually use complex studies as conditions to send or cancel orders, I was thinking of using some studies to set trail stop orders that would trigger only if it was a strong movement instead of a intraday fluctuation. Is it complicating what should not be complicated?
