Can anyone please enlighten me on any differences, pro or cons between the triple squeeze and pro squeeze if any? Or are they the same by two different names? Seem very similar to me.

The ToS TTM Pro Squeeze is a ToS locked script, so it is not possible to discuss what it is doing or how.
The Simpler Trading Triple Squeeze is a proprietary indicator, the script is not available so it is not possible to discuss what it is doing or how.
Just like pictures of houses can look similar but their construction and layouts can be vastly different.
Indicators can look similar, but the engine can be vastly different.
FYI, it works the same the other way. Scripts can look different, but they have the exact same engines, meaning they are collinear, they are measuring the same thing, they will get you to the same place.
Either way, without the detailed specifications or code, it is not possible to compare indicators or guess at what they are doing.
