TOS Indicator triggers on phone but not PC ???

I have a custom indicator that has been triggering the spike on my phone charts signalling to make a possible trade. However, the PC platform chart is not triggered AT ALL. Also, the watchlist triggers on both. Which gave me the alert to begin with on my phone....

I have triple checked my signals and this is the same indicator on both charts.

Anyone know Why???

You may have to display that scanner as your watchlist so you can see it populate throughout the day. I'm not sure if you'll get notified through the Message Center.
