Time Stamp

Is there a way to add a time stamp anytime an indicator prints? I would like to add a time stamp to this indicator if possible:

Ideally, it would print the arrow with the time at which the signal printed according to what time frame it is on. So the M5 in 5min increments, M15 in 15min increments, and so on.
