Time of the day Change In Indicator Behavior

Hello,

Is there a way to customize my indicator to behave differently during different times of the day? For example (simplifying, not a real indicator that I use just based on one parameter), I want to show a buy signal when ADX > 20 between 6:30am PST (my timezone) and 8:30am PST. But I want it to show a buy signal only if ADX > 30 between 8:30am PST and 11:30am PST, and again show me a buy signal when ADX > 25 after 11:30am PST.

Can someone share any existing indicators that have a time stamp component to it or share a code snippet that I can add to my indicator ad modify?
