I have an indicator that involves 3 symbols with different time frames
for example Spy 1m, QQQ3m and Spy 5m

when all 3 are red it plots an arrow

currently if the 3m and 5 min change color it will go back and change the arrow on the 1 min

How do I keep whatever prints at end of each 1 min candle

The data feeds do not maintain a history of every tick that occurs during a candle formation.
So no, you cannot "keep whatever prints at end of each 1 min candle".
Those signals occur during the formation of the upper time frame candles as ToS attempts to guess what the 3min and the 5min close will be.
They will continually appear and disappear every tick until the 3m and 5m candle closes.

Once the candles on the upper timeframes finally close, it will go back and do a final repaint.
