I want to be able to reference on an options chart, the price of the actual underlying symbol so that I can compute the yield on something like
a covered call. For example, I bring up a chart of JOBY strike $5 , expiration date 11/19/24 or something like that. If JOBY stock price is $5 and
call is .25 then yield = 25/500 = 5%. I can then put the yields into a watchlist and see what are the highest yields. I tried opening an options price
chart and adding the compare symbol JOBY, but this doesn't give me the actual current price of JOBY. Is there any way to add a study or the JOBY actual price to the options chart
so that I can compute the yield? What this saves me is having to figure the yield out with the good old fashioned calculator method!!
