Single bar scanner

Hello - i'm wondering if someone could help me with a scanner to find a single bar.

For example, on a 5min chart i'd want to scan for a single bar that gains 25 cents. So if stock ABC has a bar that opens at $2 and it closes at $2.25 it would pop up on my scanner.

Is that something that could be created with parameters where you could change the time frame and amount of the gain/loss on the single bar?

Maybe to elaborate on this further, i'd also be interested in something that let's you scan for price changes. For example, price has increased 50 cents over the last 3 bars. Maybe this is already possible

Ok - got to add to this again. I found net change so now i can set my scanner for specific net change criteria. But now i'm looking for a way to filter stocks in my scanner by using a net change increase of some kind.

So something like "net change has increased $1 since open" or "within last 10 bars".

Should this scan show me any stock that had a 3% gain in one bar on the 1m timeframe? Sometimes it gives very few results and usually none.
