Short Sale Restriction (SSR) Indicator

I talked with ToS support on this and they have no way / study that shows if a stock is under Short Sale Restriction Uptick Rule (SSR) Indicator. Has anyone found/created a Script or way to add this to a Watchlist Column?

why not buy puts? For some reason, I think options dealers are allowed to be naked short stock to facilitate options trades,

The short-sale rule was a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) trading regulation that restricted short sales of stock from being placed on a downtick in the market price of the shares

I edited the main post (really talking about the UPTICK Rule)

Perhaps one workaround might be to scan daily for a 10% drop in the stock price overnight (or whatever the SEC rules specify a SSR condition) Not real convenient and may not get too many hits daily.
