i need help creating a scan or scan script for TOS, below is the criteria, kindly let me know if its doable

1. (Stock Market daily open price ATM call and put strike prices) < (Stock Market open price/100)

i need to be able to scan for that, the scan need to be valid for the day, kindly let me know if its possible Thanks.
