So for the past few weeks i´ve experienced some strange behaviour with the pointer drawing tool in the Thinkorswim desktop application and wanted to ask if anyone else have had the same experience or know of any solution. So what happens is basically that when ever i use the pointer to zoom in on a chart, i set the pointer somewhere on the chart and press left button on mouse. Then drag the mouse either left or right to zoom in and here´s where the problem occurs. The "drag" part often misses completely or it will jump into full zoom in mode automatically as soon as i start to drag. It doesn´t happen everytime but i would estimate at least 50% of the time it will do this.
First i thought it must be a problem with the mouse somehow but the strange thing is that i can´t replicate this behaviour anywhere else in windows or others applications so it seems to be isolated to Thinkorswim.
fyi, i use a wireless Logitech G Pro mouse.
Anyone had this same problem or know of a possible solution?
