Price equivalency for pairs trade

I apologize for such a simple question but;

USD/SEK = 9.15
GBP/USD = 1.32

I would like to do an equivalent pairs trade.
sell 10000 USD/SEK
buy 10000 GBP/USD
if both move the same percentage how would the balance change?
Is the balance built in or do I need to have 9 times more USD/SEK as GBP/USD?
