price closes below the previous weeks candle Alerts Trigger

I have a question that I could not find an answer to on the main TOS forums. If I set an alert on the weekly chart to trigger an alert when price closes below the previous weeks candle, when will it trigger the alert? Will it trigger it on the close of the weekly candle or will it trigger the alert on the close of the 1min candle below the previous week price?

I am trying to understand the role of the chart / candle I am on where I am setting the alert, and when does "Close Below" trigger.

I believe it depends on the timeframe in which you set the alert. I usually set my alerts on the lower timeframe so I'm not too sure about this situation. I will set an alert on Monday for the weekly chart, and I may have a better answer then.
