Plotting a lower study

Greetings folks,

First, I've been looking through the documentation for the past two weeks and have come up empty. I'm trying to create a lower study that will plot the RSI numbers in a horizontal line, regardless of the aggregation period of the chart. For example, I have a 5 minute chart and a lower study called RSILevel. Currently, the RSI level simply goes up or down for the duration of the 5 minutes and then the final number gets plotted when the 5 minutes are up and a new bar begins. I would like to plot each time the RSI level changes and simply plot the next number to the right of that number. The lower study would continually scroll to the right as new levels are plotted. Can this be done some how?

@CaptainCrunch AddChartBubble() and AddVerticalLine() are about all that would plot automatically for each time period...

can you provide an image of what the rsilevel study looks like, and a marked up image of what you want?
i don't understand the difference of your 2 sentences, they seem the same.
Currently, the RSI..... and
i would like to plot....
