Percent change, plus and minus, since a specified time on the current day

Hi all,

I wish to add a column to my small stock watchlist that would show the % change from a particular time to now on this day's open activities.

I am currently using:

def x = open;
def y = close;
plot percentchange = ((y-x)/x) *100;

AssignBackgroundColor(if percentchange > 0.99 then Color.Green else if percentchange < -0.99 then Color.RED else Color.White);
percentchange.AssignValueColor( if percentchange >0.99 then color.Black else if percentchange <-0.99 then color.Black else color.violet) ;

This gives a % change from the Stock Trading Open of 0830 CST. I want to make another column to give a % change for this date from 0845 or 0900 or any time I want to put in.

I have done a search for this but have not found anything that matches my needs. I am sure the way to do this is simple, I just can not find out how.

Thanks for any help given.

Here it is as a lower study so you can see what's going on. It can be easily adapted to a column.
Ruby:
declare lower;
input Time =
    1300
;
def Today =
    GetDay() == GetLastDay()
;
def AtTime =
    Today and !SecondsFromTime(Time)
;
def BeforeTime =
    Today and SecondsTillTime(Time) > 0
;
def Price =
    if BeforeTime then Double.NaN
    else if AtTime then Open
    else Price[1]
;
plot PC =
    if isNaN(Price) then 0 else
    ((Close - Price) / Price) * 100
;
AddVerticalLine(AtTime);
plot z = 0;
