Paint a Range of candles

My script is simple and I am trying to figure out the script to find a range from Buy to Sell and Sell to Buy so I can paint them Green and Red respectively.

SMA 50 crossing over SMA 200 = BUY
SMA 50 crossing below SMA200 = SELL

how do I paint Buy to Sell Candles to GREEN
and Sell to Buy candles to RED

The candles in between I want to Paint gray
