Old Results in Scan

Hello everyone, I have a problem when using the custom scan in Thinkorswim.

If anyone knows how to resolve it or if it can be resolve.

I'll give a very simple example of what is going on,

lets say I make a custom scan with

• min 5000 volume,
• RSI above 60,
• for the current candle to be above the upper bollingerbands.

I get my result and my results are exactly what I am looking for but **** some of the results that meet my conditions are from past time lets say current time is 2pm for example I get results from stocks meeting my conditions with time stamps at 12:30pm, 11am, ect in past times even though its 2pm when I conduct the scan,

Now those stocks that are in past time are frozen meaning they have not moved at all from that time yet they still show up in my scan result at 2pm.

Is there a way to exclude those results so I can get real up to date time for stocks that meet my conditions at 2pm?

Write a script that checks to see if the script is evaluating the last bar on the chart, then look forward one bar to a secondary symbol which is highly liquid and known to trade in all periods, like a major index. If data exists for the secondary symbol, but not for the symbol being evaluated by the scanner, then the symbol has frozen, as you put it, and you can then exclude it.
