NQ Horizontal Price Lines Based on 200sma (1min)

I'm looking for a script that will plot a price level line on the 1min chart for NQ futures based on the location of the 200sma. Example, the 200sma on the 1min TF is currently at 21,800. I'd like to see a price level line automatically plotted at 21,820 and 21,780. Anything like this already exist or can someone create such a script?

Hmm, that looks like a moving avg crossover arrow script
