This was posted on reddit. I'm thinking of buying some pre-market. Should be okay considering their conference appears to be positive.

@Likos Seems like your buying motive is based on news rather than technical. Not my type of trading so I can't comment on that. But looking at the VTL chart, here are some levels to keep an eye on.
