Low of day made within specific time interval

Hi All,

I'm new to thinkscript and was wondering if a scan can be created to alert when the low of the day has been made within the the first x number of bars. For example on the 1 minute time frame the low was made within the first minute after a set time has passed (like the first 2 minutes) the low hasn't been broken.
