Larry Williams Cycle forecast indicator - how the heck?

According to its creator, Larry Williams: "it takes the 3 most current dominant cycles and blends them into one forecast." However, it also projects these valculations about 3 months into the future. Very interesting!
What are these "cycles"? Just going off interviews Ive watched with him, at least one should be the earnings cycle, no idea what the other two could be.
Has anyone looked into replicating this indicator in TS? How is this indicator projecting values into the future and is this possible with ThinkScript?
I think these are propietary / paid indicators on other platforms such as Tradestation, but dont see them as an option for TOS.

I actually think it's moving average-based with some type of formula / weighting (nothing to do with earnings because it can be used on any type of market) and then it's displaced / moved forward to create a cycle projection. It may have been influenced by JM Hurst's method. Note that the one available on TradeStation, StockCharts, etc. may be different than some of the cycles he shows using Timing Solutions. He indicates that it's only to be used on daily and intraday charts.
