Is it possible to execute trade N hours after condition is met?

I would like to execute a trade that goes like this:

1. SELL 25% of position when trigger in a study is true
2. SELL 25% of position 1 hour after trade #1 executes
3. SELL 25% of position 1 hour after trade #2 executes
4. SELL remaining position 1 hour after trade #3 executes

The concept is quite simple, right? However, I haven't been able to figure out how to set this up in ToS, and I'm not sure it's even possible. Any advice on how to do something like this would be greatly appreciated.

what study is signaling the buys and sells?
Without that, someone will have to come up with test data for testing, like 2 averages crossing, to generate the signals.

what time frame will this will be used on?

could read the chart aggregation time and divide that into your time between sells, to come up with the quantity of bars between sells.
