learn how to communicate. learn how to describe what is happening and what is expected.
saying 'it doesn't work' is pretty much useless.

tell us how you are using it. where.
include screenshots.
what time fram did you set it up as?
extended hours on or off?


learn how to debug code.
copy it and make it a lower chart study
add declare lower;
then see what the plot is doing.
add a bubble to display variable values


i copied the code and made it a lower study.
it plots spikes every time there is an inside bar

now, it is way overly complicated. 90% of it can be removed.

this is all that is needed.
