Index ($SPX) above/below 30d ema dashboard

I'm keen on finding an indicator that is a lower bar/ribbon that is green when the price is above the $SPX 30d ema and red when it is below the $SPX 30d ema. If one doesn't exist maybe someone could help me code it. Would look something like this:

Hmmm, it would also be useful of have the lower dashboard be for $SPX and the upper chart a different symbol. My intent is to use the 30d ema for $SPX as a Regime Filter when evaluating charts for any symbol.

Yes, the dashboard is hard-coded to display the daily SPX regardless of the symbol or timeframe in the upper chart.
