How to not plot if a certain condition is present in X number of bars

I would like to be able to add a condition to some of my custom indicators filtering out a high/low of price that touches a 3 ATR Keltner upper/lower band. How would I do that without adding high < upperband and high[1] < upperband[1] and high[2] < upperband[2] etc.

I usually do this with a summable series...

input x = 3;
def condition = if high < upperband then 1 else 0;
def bingo = if sum(condition, x) == x then 1 else 0;

1. you set your x (length in bars you want to test against,
2. you define your condition so that it is 1 if true and 0 if false
3. you sum that condition over x and if it is x it has been true for x bars

perhaps that gets you thinking in a way that works. without more code, I can't help with your implementation further.
