How To Create A Screenshot In Windows

1. hold down the Windows key and at the same time, hit the Print Screen key.
this will create an image file on your hard disk.​
2. open file explorer and click on the screenshot to edit it.
3. click on this symbol to open the crop / edit / annotate tools

4. And then: crop, annotate, save
