How to get the range between two different candles

Hello,

I'm not too sure where to start with this script. I am trying to get the range between two different candles. Not necessarily the range between the high and low candles, but the range between whichever candles I decide to pick. I can just have it as a label. Really what I need to do is be able to pick the candles I want, so I know this is probably going to have to have some sort of editable time format. I'm very new at think script and don't really have a jumping off point. I don't neccessarily need the script written for me (although I'm not gonna stop you lol) but even just a start or getting pointed in the right direction would help!

Thanks
