Hey folks. trying to have a study print a horizontal line on the highest volume candle on a 1min time frame.
Hoping to be able to reference this study on other time frame charts so might need an MTF input
Appreciate help on this project, cheers

you didn't say during what time period, so i made this as highest on each day.
if you want the highest value in a day, then different times don't matter. the highest will be the same, wether its a 1 minute or 1 hour chart.

this will draw horizontal lines, at the highest volume bar, for each day.

Code:
# vol_day_hi

#Horizontal Line -> Highest Volume Candle

def diffday = if getday() != getday()[1] then 1...

Thanks for this! How can we get it to print on the price chart on the close of the candles?

plot what on which candles?
please be specific.
I envisioned this study printing a horizontal line on the close of the price candle that has the highest volume during the RTH session. If a new candle becomes the highest vol candle then the line would switch over to that candle . Again this would be on the upper price chart.
