Highest High N Lowest Low with the corresponding bar number

Can someone help write a script that does the following?

• Automatically identifies the highest high and lowest low over the last 30, 60, and 90 days
• Finds the bar number where each occurred, relative to the current bar
• Displays chart bubbles at those high and low points so they’re easy to see on the chart
