High/Low Order Signals for Futures

Hello,

I am looking for help with a simple signal. Looking to create an alert that will be used to trigger a conditional order to buy or an order to sell (OCO) if the price of the future contract (not bid or ask, but the last price) is higher than the high printed price of the last two, 1 minute candles (the buy side) or sell if the last price is lower than the low price for the last two, 1 minute candles. Thank you in advance for your help.

Solution
New High Low Test
Code:
Declare Lower;
Def RH = Highest(High,2)[1];
Def RL = Lowest(Low,2)[1];
Plot SysA = If Close > RH then 1 else if Close < RL then -1 else 0;
SysA.AssignValueColor(If SysA >0 then Color.Cyan else if SysA < 0 then Color.Magenta else Color.Dark_Gray);
AddCloud(SysA,0,Color.Cyan,Color.Magenta);

Thank you for your fast reply! It looks good to me as I am a novice but now I realized that am not sure how to connect it with the following two requirements:
1. It has to only be employed at a specific time(which I might need to manually change). As an example, to only start the alert at 6:30 am MNT and count the only the previous two 1 minute candles and
2. The alert will have to trigger a conditional order to buy if we are looking at a previous high or trigger a sell if a low has been triggered based on the last two 1 minute candles.
