Help with trend chart

Can anyone help write a script for me

Added labels and chart background colors. label and chart background are orange by default and says 'no man's land do not trade', however example for a bullish trade if 8-ema from 15min is
21-ema from 30min, and if we're close to an Ll level or below (Daily or 4-hr), then chart background is green and label says ready for bullish trade also of the opposite if 21>8 and close to H1 or above D or 4 hour then chart background is green and label says bearish trade

please edit this post and rewrite it. i don't know what you are asking for.

if you added labels, to what? where is the code?

what is an li level? don't use abbreviations

if 8ema is... what?

you have green for bull and bear.
