Fib scanner

Hi,
I'm having trouble figuring out how to create a simple fib scanner for TOS. Need to setup Bullish scanner (1 hr time frame preferably) finding the highest high and lowest low (low must be more recent than the high). Can't figure out the code to make the low must be more recent than the high.

Guess I'm getting too old for coding.
