Explain 'saved orders' please

i tried searching here and on the ToS site and couldn't really find an explanation for the 'saved orders' screen -- what it is, how you use it, etc. as in the pic, it looks like it's for options but at one point i did have a stock order sitting there, which i somehow managed to delete. my hope is that i'd be able to set up some conditional orders, then file them away in 'saved orders' and use them as needed. seems unlikely, but ya never know. anyone?

i understand conditional orders pretty well. what i don't understand is how to get an order that i set up to appear on the 'saved orders' screen.

i've gone so far as to set up an order with the date set well in the future. does not show up under saved orders but only in the normal place, as pending ie waiting.

it's saved orders that i'm interested in creating. can you help w/ that?
