EMA & RSI Script

I’m looking for help on how to create script for an indicator that I’d like to create.

I would like to have an indicator that will alert when all the following happens.

1) 8 EMA crosses the 21 EMA (above or below)
2) RSI is above or below 50

Do you desire a visual output of some sort for study purposes?

Is there a specific combination you want to trigger your alert?

Are you looking for an alert when the 8 crosses above or below the 21 EMA AND the RSI is less than 50?

OR

Are you looking for an alert when the 8 crosses ABOVE the 21 EMA AND the RSI is less than 50?

Are you hoping that you will see clearer signals when your chosen instruments come off of lows or highs?

Even though you have posed two possibilities, the two possibilities you've posed are not the end of the line depending on what you wish your final result to be.

to be interpreted literally as written, saying this or that,...
. 1) 8 EMA crosses the 21 EMA (above or below)
. 2) RSI is above or below 50
is true on every single bar

do you mean
buy
1) 8 EMA crosses above the 21 EMA
and
2) RSI is above 50

sell
1) 8 EMA crosses below the 21 EMA
and
2) RSI is below 50
