I was wondering if there’s a way to make this indicator?

Is there a way to make an indicator that shows an up or a down arrow appear when I have a candle that crosses the 9 EMA. Not when multiple EMA’s cross each other, but when one, single candle on the chart physically pierces the 9 EMA. Don’t care if it closes above or below it. I just want a simple indicator that shows when a candle crosses the 9EMA line. Extra props if it has an audible alert too.
