Hello. Is it possible to have 2 timeframes of the black flag swing arm on 1 chart? Such as having a 10 minute and 1 minute swing arm on 1 chart on TOS?

Yes, here is a MTF version that can plot both timeframes, 1m and 10m, on a lesser timeframe's, 1m chart
Just put two copies of the indicator on the chart and change the input agg to each desired timeframe
