current candle closed 4% higher

I am trying to plot the lower study where current candle closed 4% higher than the previous one. This is what I have so far

declare lower;
Def c = close;
def v = volume;

Def BullDfourpercent = close>close[1]*1.04;

Plot up = BullDfourpercent;

Please help me and correct the above code.

The above code is correct. You just need to find a chart where it occurs. It appears more often on a Daily chart aggregation. It will plot a 1 if true versus a 0 when it is not true.
