Repaints Creating A MTF Trend Reversal Strategy

Is there a way to create a strategy/Signal when the conditions are met? once the following is selected?
1) 1 min signal
2) 2 min signal
3) 4 min signal
4) 10 min signal
I have been testing this repainter by using 4 charts. 1m, 2m, 4m, and 10m. I have found that once the 4 min chart confirms the 1&2 min charts, This is a good entry for scalping/intraday trading.

With that said, I am hoping that an alert/watchlist can be created so that it will signal once all the selected TF options trigger. The reason there needs to be at least 3 is that I have so far found that will keep us out of false reversals or at least reversals that do not move enough to trade.

I would like the option to have TF inputs that will allow me/others to select the TF to be used for this idea. (If this is at all possible)
ex:
Input Trigger1 = yes;
Input Trigger2 = yes;
Input Trigger3 = yes;
Input Trigger4 = no; <-----Only allows for the three of the TF selections to be used for alert/watchlist

(Not really sure this part is necessary unless others would like to use more confirmations)

Input Trigger1 = 1min;
Input Trigger2 = 2min;
Input Trigger3 = 4min;
Input Trigger4 = 10min;

Repainters have a place in scalpers strategies and price action decisions on your lower timeframes.
The reason for this is that repainters are the FASTEST signal of reversals.

However, adding MTF repainting component to repainters negates that purpose due to the lag required to wait for the higher timeframe bars to close.

For this reason, the forum does not post repainting of repainting indicators.
