Creating a BWI Balance Line indicator?

I've been trying to get this balance line indicator created, and have been unsuccessful so far. I'm wondering if someone on this site can help me get the code created with the specifications I have. If you could get back to me soon I'd appreciate it, thank you.

http://www.fibolab.com/forex_indicators/bill_williams_balance_line/ . On this website they've created the indicator for Meta Trader 4 but i need it to be translated or recreated for Think or Swim.
